What's the origin story for your food business?

 

Vinh started San Jose-based 3 Brothers Kitchen in 2014 and mix  Filipino, Hawaiian, Thai, and Vietnamese, with other cultures, taking a unique spin on classic dishes, such as furikake and mai tai chicken wings, lychee limeade, bo’rria tacos, shrimp and garlic fries  and more.
